Thank you for attending our AGM 2023

We appreciate your ongoing support of the Manaaki Kaimai Mamaku Trust's vision and joining us to celebrate another fantastic year.

This year's AGM was an opportunity for us to reflect on accomplishments, discuss future initiatives and celebrate the collective efforts that have brought us this far!

If you have any suggestions for how we can celebrate next year, please let us know by emailing rebecca.lee@mkm.org.nz.

Virtual Reality Kauri Experience

Attendees immersed themselves in a 360-degree simulated world illuminating the cultural, spiritual and ecological significance of kauri trees and forests. A mātauranga Māori advisory group and experts in ecology and design all contributed to create this compelling visual and educational tool that aids efforts to inspire people to protect kauri.

Watch Party

The Kaimai Mamaku Restoration Project was nominated for the Sustainable Business Network Regenerating Nature award which recognises an organisation, or collaboration, taking a leadership role in regenerating New Zealand’s nature.

Congratulations to Reconnecting Northland for the win!

Ngahere Ora Framework
