- This is the current operations plan Kaimai Mamaku Catchments Operational Plan 2017-2022 that identifies priority actions for the current five year period. The plan is focused on the areas where the forum will have greatest impact.

Forum Sustainability Report 2017
A common issue for multi-stakeholder community groups is slow or stalled progress. In 2017 this review identified the barriers to and opportunities for an effective and sustainable forum. Many of the recommendations from this report were incorporated into the Operational Plan. -
Towards Thriving Kaimai Mamaku Forests 2020
This report details how the Department of Conservation, Waikato Regional Council and Bay of Plenty Regional Council propose to support achievement of the vision, goals and objectives of the forum over the next five years. -
BOPRC Environmental Programme for Kaimai Mamaku Forests
This report sets out environmental protection activities and commitments agreed to by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council (BOPRC), Department of Conservation (DOC), Waikato Regional Council (WRC) and the Manaaki Kaimai Mamaku Trust for the purpose of protecting and enhancing the ecological integrity of the Kaimai Mamaku forests. -
